Switching to Entrust Energy as your electricity provider?

You will receive your first bill approximately 30 days after we receive the necessary account information from your local utility. 

 

We make it easy to transfer service to Entrust Energy:

  • Easy Move-in, lets you schedule your new connection up to 30 days in advance, or can get you same-day electricity service. (Saturdays excluded)*
  • Weekly Usage Report Email helps you manage and track your electricity usage and view future bill estimates.

 

*Your utility may charge a connection fee based on your type of meter. There is a standard connection fee for self-contained meters which typically is $25.00 or less. These fees vary based on the meter specifications and are required by your TDU. To ensure service on your start date, make sure your meter is accessible and not blocked off by any obstructions such as gated entry. Same-day service is offered Monday – Saturday, weather permitting, where an existing meter is in place. No connections on holidays. Enrollment and permit requirements must she met before a request can be processed. Requests processed after 1:30pm CST will be scheduled for connection on the next business day.
